The Spirited Halloween Koala

Last year I missed celebrating Halloween in Americaland because I decided to stay in Italy longer to be with my boyfriend at the time. That was a mistake on my part, because I ended up just getting stuck in rainy weather in a country that doesn't give a poop about the greatest holiday of mankind. Halloween is my favorite holiday and I want to do it right this year, so I've decided that I'm going to be a Koala for Halloween. It's going to be epic. I don't want one of those giant Dineyland character costumes. I want a Koala Spirithood made, fashion myself a few "leaner" pieces, and do the rest in paint. I need time to plan it all out, but the Spirithood would be the key piece.
My only obstacle at the moment is getting a Koala Spirithood. Last week, I popped my Spirithood cherry for the first time at XIV with the cutest Brown Bear Spirithood, and ever since then I've dreamed of having a koala version. Seeing as I already Koala my heart out on a day to day basis, it's only fitting that I be a koala for Halloween and join the Spirithood tribe with my Koala hood.
I don't know if the good people at Spirithoods can make a Koala Spirithood in time, but if they can, it would make all of my Halloween Koala dreams come true!

The Stationary Revolution

Don't get me wrong, I love the Koala Movement, but riddle me this: Why is it that we're running around taking koaling, planking, and owling photos when the French are making ingenious pixelated art out of post it notes? Yes, that's right. We've been so consumed with koalaing and planking that we let the French surpass us in awesomeness with this corporate office window war. This street art meets office space war of the Post it has Parisian offices one upping each other for the ultimate window display. I hope that la guerre des Post-it can cross the Atlantic and bring its awesomeness to windows stateside.
